Director's welcome

Dear Parents,

The vision of Rapale International School is to nurture young people to think, speak and act from a God saturated world view. Each day as I watch children arrive at school, I am reminded of the awesome privilege we have of moulding and shaping these lives. Walking around and listening to the chatter of children and teachers one can often hear scriptures from God’s word and songs of praise to him. With this as a platform, the academic, emotional, social and physical training, children can be prepared to face the challenges of this modern world.

At RIS we aim to provide a safe and happy learning environment where teachers and children can develop wholesome relationships with one another and with their creator God. We trust your child’s journey through RIS will be a long and happy one preparing them for the journey God has planned for them.

Qualifications:  Diploma in Education, Degree in Christian Education.
Experience:    Hillside Junior School, Zimbabwe – 1984,
Headmaster, Midlands Christian School, Gweru (1985 to 2004),
Principal, Liberty Christian College, South Africa (2005 to 2008),
Manager – Shayandima School of Tomorrow, South Africa (2008 to 2011),
Director, Rapale International School, Mozambique – (2011 to date)
Mission Statement: To proclaim the gospel to children for as long as I am able.
